REFUND POLICY
All products listed on our website are for retail only! For wholesale inquiries please email hello@aweststylestory.com, or email hello@theabundancebox.com. To be eligible for a return/exchange (depending on the brands return policy), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unused.
PLEASE REFER TO THE RETURN/REFUND POLICY WITH THE BRAND YOU PURCHASED FROM BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO RETURN AN ITEM. "A WEST STYLE STORY" COLLABORATES WITH SOME BRANDS ,AND DOES NOT ALWAYS FULFILL THE ACTUAL ORDERS, SO ALL RETURNS/REFUNDS MUST ABIDE BY THE BRANDS/AND OR A WEST STYLE STORY RETURN POLICY. "A WEST STYLE STORY" IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS.
"A WEST STYLE STORY", Exclusives are sold exclusively thru "A WEST STYLE STORY"and may be returned for exchange only due to defect for another product from the "Exclusives" collection. All exchanges must be done within a 30 day period of time from the shipment date. SALE ITEMS & Closeout items ARE FINAL SALES AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. NO REFUND/EXCHANGE! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as wellness products, nutraceuticals, skin care, body care, and edible goods. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We do not accept tarot or oracle deck once the plastic has been torn off.

TEEKI PRODUCTS ARE A CLOSEOUT ITEM AND THEY ARE FINAL SALES. All teeki products are perfectly imperfect. Not 1 item is exactly the same and printing will vary with very minor discolorations, that are apart of the beauty of each piece. MEXICAN BLANKETS ARE AN EXCLUSIVE ITEM VIA THE ABUNDANCE BOX AND THERE ARE NO RETURNS ACCEPTED! Each product is perfectly imperfect and handwoven which is what makes it so special, with color variations.

All items to be considered for a return must be in its original condition, un-damaged, un-used or worn. All Oracle and Tarot decks must be in the original sealed package in order to exchange it or receive a full refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by the brand, "A WEST STYLE STORY" will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and decide which course of action to proceed further.
Services & Consultations
All services, including healing sessions, courses, classes, retreats, and consultations are final sales after 48 hours of purchase. If you decide you do not want your service or consultation within 48 hours of your purchase, you can cancel for a full refund. In the event a service is no longer necessary after 48 hours, you can receive a credit in the amount of the service towards another course, service, consultation, or product for the same amount. The credit is only valid if it is requested for exchange within 30 days from the date of payment for the service. All Service & Consultation purchases are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Once your service or consultation is completed, you cannot request a refund, or an exchange. If you purchased your session at a booth for a discounted rate, this falls under a sales item and it is a final sale!
Sale items are final sales. NO REFUND/EXCHANGE! NO EXCEPTIONS!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot be responsible for your lost shipment.
